Playing Dress-ups

In addition to all the other stuff going on there was a moderately sized contingent of Cosplayers.

There was a parade at one point

Not all of the cosplayers participated in it, but here are those that did

A lot of the cosplayers had contact lenses to change their eye colors.
Because the eye colors are not normal versions of human eye colors,
even if they're supposed to be, and because they are all surrounded by a big black ring
Anyone wearing them looks slightly wrong in a "you're not really human" kind of way.

When is wasn't full of parade (or badge traders) the Cosplay area generally looked like this.

There was an outside area adjacent

where various photoshoots were taking place when it wasn't raining

Some people were playing the same character. For example this pair:
Right - 淡紅色髪アニメ貴婦人 from the episode where she gets hit in the eye.
Left - Then from the episode after where it gets better but she needs glasses 

Where as this guy does a decent One Punch Man the guy behind him is a pale imitation.

If you're not prepared to shave your head for the role, why even audition?

Not sure if paid by booth to be there, or just a good spot for a photo shoot.

Miss Shimazaki

Don't know who she's supposed to be, but she looked cold.

A lot of cards with instagram/twitter details balanced against feet.

A guy working at the booth offer to take the photo for her
but she was all "No! I'm going to take a selfie using this cumbersome iPad"

A cutout and a cosplay, now I've seen everything...

People paid to cosplay as F:GO characters

Cutouts with padded breasts and people cosplaying those cutouts.
I take back what I said two photos ago...

People cosplaying as a streaming video service is a new one.
And that so many decided to do it...

SWAT guy lent her a gun to pose for a photo.
It took at least a minute for her to stop giggling so much about the fact she had a gun
that a photo could be taken holding said gun.
