The worst theme pub ever, or the best?

San Fran runs a bunch of street cars and trolleys as part of
it's public transport system.

I'm not saying your public transportation is too dangerous, but if the people hanging onto the side of one trolley can high five the people hanging on coming in the other direction, maybe there's a reason you're spending $12 million annually on lawsuits over broken bones and severed limbs...
