Day one in Japan 3: Rise of the Machines
Sushi for lunch, upstairs in a shopping building.
Don't remember the name of the place. It was good, but not worth going back.

So, having had Sushi for lunch, the obvious thing was to have more for dinner.
This was at a place called Ginza Sushikou Ikkyu.
My chef was called Kojima. He spoke a small amount of english, so we were able to chat a little (mostly about the fish and other ingredients). It was relatively early on a Monday evening, so for maybe about half my time, I was the only patron.
