The western meal in Gran Class

Coffee and pound cake

There are only two Shinkansen lines that do Gran Class.
They converge at Tokyo, so if you're going from Hakodate to Nagano you can switch from one to the other and get a second meal.

And have Sake with your pound cake.

Breakfast at the hotel in Nagano

Bacon and Sweet corn soup

This was a chestnut bun. It has a whole chestnut on top, and chestnut goo in the middle.

The breakfast Soba noodles were fantastic

Sakura Frappuccino and Matcha and Sakura donut

Filled with Matcha goo

Steamed Buns are a local Nagano delicacy
